PRIVATE CONSULTATION

A private consultation is the perfect option to clarify doubts about something specific and make any adjustments. For example, doubts about proper schedules, naps, bedtime routines, early awakenings or anything related to your child's sleep. If your child is older than 6 months and does not have good sleeping habits, the best option is a complete sleep plan.

It includes:

Preliminary questionnaire to find out your situation and needs. This way I will have more information before we meet and we will get more out of the call.

1 hour scheduled video consultation (Zzoom, Google Meet). Questions and resolution of doubts.

Sending in writing of the guidelines set during the consultation to solve the problem.

*Does not include a sleep plan or follow-up.

*10% discount if you then contract a PLAN WITH FOLLOW-UP (within 6 months of the consultation).

SLEEP PLAN - NO FOLLOW-UP

Do you need a sleep plan?

The answer is "yes" if your child doesn't sleep enough, naps are a losing battle and nights seem endless because he/she wakes up a lot, finds it hard to fall asleep and needs your help to do so.

Perhaps you don't want someone to monitor you for the next few weeks and you prefer to go at your own pace and with absolute freedom. In this case, the personalized sleep plan without monitoring is your best option.

It includes:

Preliminary questionnaire to find out your situation and needs. This way I will have more information before we meet and we will get more out of the call.

1 hour scheduled video consultation (Zzoom, Google Meet). Questions and resolution of doubts.

We will send you the personalized and detailed sleep plan in writing + sleep log template to make it easier for you to follow up.

1 e-mail after the meeting to resolve any doubts that may arise before or during the process.

*Follow-up not included.

Sleep Plan -3 WEEKS FOR DAILY SUPPORT

Do you need a sleep plan?

The answer is "yes" if your child does not get enough rest, if during the day his/her naps are too short and the nights seem to last forever because he/she wakes up a lot. The answer is “yes” if he/she has trouble falling asleep, if he/she needs help to sleep (arms, pushchair, breast, bottle...). The answer is "yes" if this causes a complicated situation at home or with your partner, if you are motivated to change things and if you need a helping hand. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but of courage and intelligence.

If you prefer to be followed up daily for the next 3 weeks with all the doubts and questions that arise, this option is the best.

It includes:

We will send you the personalized and detailed sleep plan in writing.

Follow-up:

- Sending of a sleep log template to facilitate our follow-up as a team.

- 3 calls of 30 min/call (Zoom, Google Meet).

- Unlimited emails during those 3 weeks. Response within one working day.
